Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt with our courier partner Bosta. You can also pick up your order for free from our shop in Almaza, Heliopolis.
Same-day delivery
In Cairo and Giza, orders placed before 1 PM (Cairo time) are delivered the same day.
Free delivery over EGP 3,000
Orders over EGP 3,000 are delivered free of charge to any governorate.

The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order, and it is included in your order total. Orders over EGP 3,000 are delivered free.
Pickup from our shop
- Choose Pickup at checkout. We call you when your order is ready, usually the same day.
- Our shop: 21 Gamal Nouh St, Almaza, Heliopolis, Cairo. Open Saturday to Thursday 11 AM – 10 PM, Friday 1 PM – 10 PM.
Tracking your order
- Use the Track your order page with your order number and email, or message us on WhatsApp.
- We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order and address before it is shipped.
Receiving your order
- Please make sure someone is at the address and your phone is reachable when the courier arrives.
- For cash on delivery, you pay the courier the order total, including the delivery fee. Orders paid online have nothing left to pay.
- Check your order on delivery. If anything is missing, damaged or wrong, tell the courier and message us the same day.
- If the courier can’t reach you, we contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
Delivery can occasionally take longer during public holidays or bad weather. If your order is delayed, we let you know.
